Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to our limited inventory in the United States, your order may take 3-4 weeks to ship out after receiving an order confirmation. All of our products are manufactured and supplied directly from Laos.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take longer.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard International: 3–7 business days

  • Express International: 2–5 business days

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Check Your Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box address, we may reach out to request a physical shipping address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.
